Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Effective Date: July 29, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to returntowisdom.com and your purchase or use of services, memberships, recordings, written reports, digital materials, Gift Cards, and other offerings provided by Return to Wisdom and Jenn LeFevre (“Return to Wisdom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the website, submitting a form, making a purchase, joining a membership, or participating in a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to independently purchase services. Services for a minor may only be requested with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
NATURE OF SERVICES
Return to Wisdom provides spiritual, intuitive, ancestral, astrological, educational, and personal-development services.
Offerings may include intuitive readings, mediumship, past-life readings, personalized astrology and Chiron reports, mentorship, ceremonies, group experiences, guided meditations, recordings, and spiritual teachings.
These services are intended to support personal reflection, spiritual development, discernment, and individual decision-making. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.
NO GUARANTEED OUTCOME
Spiritual and intuitive work is personal and interpretive. Return to Wisdom does not guarantee a specific message, prediction, result, emotional experience, relationship outcome, financial outcome, healing outcome, or contact with a particular person in Spirit.
You remain responsible for your choices, actions, relationships, health, finances, and personal decisions.
BOOKINGS AND REQUESTS
Some services may be booked immediately. Others, including private group experiences or travel requests, may require manual approval.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that the requested date, time, location, reader, or service will be available. A booking is confirmed only when it has been approved and any required payment has been completed.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due according to the terms shown at checkout.
Return to Wisdom may correct accidental pricing or service-listing errors. If an error affects a completed purchase, the client will be contacted before the service is provided.
Personalized work, completed services, digital materials, recordings, and used membership benefits cannot be returned. Refund and rescheduling rules are explained in the Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy and in any service-specific terms shown during checkout.
THE CHIRON PATH AND THE CHIRON BOND
The Chiron Path and The Chiron Bond are personalized written reports prepared from the information supplied by the purchaser.
Reports are normally delivered privately by email within 10–14 business days after all required information has been received.
The turnaround period does not begin until the intake information is complete enough for the report to be prepared.
No live appointment is included. Any date or time selected during checkout is an order-processing placeholder required by the booking system and is not a phone, Zoom, or in-person appointment.
BIRTH AND RELATIONSHIP INFORMATION
Clients are responsible for providing accurate names, birth dates, birth times, birthplaces, relationship histories, and other requested information.
Return to Wisdom prepares reports using the information submitted. We are not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incorrect, incomplete, contradictory, or estimated birth information.
If corrected information is provided after preparation has begun or after a report has been delivered, recalculation, rewriting, or replacement is considered additional work and may require an additional fee.
A report is not refundable because the purchaser later discovers that submitted birth or relationship information was incorrect.
When an exact birth time is unknown, portions of the chart involving houses, angles, timing, or other calculated points may be limited or less precise.
REPORT DELIVERY
The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address and checking spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders.
Delivery is considered completed when the report is sent to the email address supplied with the order. If a delivery problem is reported, Return to Wisdom may resend the report to a corrected address.
INTUITIVE MENTORSHIP
The public 1:1 Intuitive Mentorship is a 12-month commitment billed at $155 each month.
Purchasing the plan authorizes 12 monthly payments and includes one 60-minute private session for each paid month.
The plan ends after 12 months and does not continue beyond that term unless the client purchases a new plan.
Payments are nonrefundable. Missing or choosing not to schedule a monthly session does not pause billing, extend the plan, or create refund eligibility.
Unused monthly sessions do not roll over, accumulate, convert to cash, or extend the plan unless Return to Wisdom agrees otherwise in writing.
Early cancellation is not available through the client’s My Subscriptions account.
If an exceptional circumstance prevents continuation, the client may contact Jenn directly to discuss the account. Any accommodation must be confirmed in writing.
Existing clients enrolled under a prior or grandfathered plan remain subject to the price, duration, cancellation settings, and benefits attached to their specific active plan.
If a grandfathered plan is cancelled, expires, or becomes inactive, its former price and benefits may not be available again. Any later enrollment is subject to the services, availability, and pricing offered at that time.
PRIVATE GROUP MEDIUMSHIP EXPERIENCES
The person submitting the group request is responsible for providing accurate participant information and informing every participant about the nature of the session, applicable policies, group privacy limitations, and any recording arrangements.
A group session may include individual and collective messages. Equal time and an individual message for every participant are not guaranteed.
Because information is shared within a group setting, Return to Wisdom cannot guarantee that other participants will keep everything confidential.
Each participant is expected to respect the privacy of everyone involved.
Zoom sessions are included at the listed base price. In-person experiences require advance approval and separate travel arrangements.
Transportation, lodging, venue, meals, local travel, parking, baggage fees, and other travel-related expenses are not included in the base session price unless expressly stated in writing.
RECORDINGS
A recording may be offered for certain sessions, but recordings are not guaranteed. Technical failures, platform limitations, participant preferences, or other circumstances may prevent a recording from being created or delivered.
When a session will be recorded, participants will be informed. Anyone who does not consent must notify Return to Wisdom before the session begins.
Recordings are provided for the private personal use of the client or participating group. They may not be publicly posted, sold, edited into public content, distributed outside the participating group, or used to train artificial-intelligence systems without written permission.
Return to Wisdom is not responsible for unauthorized sharing by a client or participant after a recording link has been delivered.
GIFT CARDS
Return to Wisdom Gift Cards are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Gift Cards do not expire. They hold the dollar value purchased and do not guarantee a particular service, appointment, availability, or price.
The recipient must select and schedule an eligible service separately according to current availability.
All booking, rescheduling, cancellation, late-arrival, and missed-appointment policies applying to the selected service also apply when a Gift Card is used.
If the selected service costs more than the available Gift Card balance, the recipient is responsible for paying the difference.
Gift Cards cannot be duplicated, resold, or combined with unauthorized discounts.
Gift Cards cannot be applied toward memberships, subscriptions, or recurring pricing plans unless Return to Wisdom expressly states otherwise.
MEMBERSHIPS AND RECURRING PAYMENTS
Membership and recurring-plan benefits are available only while the applicable plan is active and payments remain current.
Failed, reversed, disputed, or declined payments may result in suspended booking access, benefits, recordings, ceremonies, member content, or other plan access.
Payments already processed are nonrefundable and are not prorated for partial billing periods or unused benefits.
An ongoing month-to-month membership may be cancelled before the next billing date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation takes effect according to the billing and access dates shown within the client’s Wix account.
A fixed-term commitment remains subject to its stated duration and payment schedule. Preventing automatic renewal, when applicable, does not erase payment obligations already accepted for the current term.
The 12-month 1:1 Intuitive Mentorship cannot be cancelled through My Subscriptions. Its specific commitment and cancellation terms are stated in the Intuitive Mentorship section above and in the policy attached to the plan during checkout.
DIGITAL CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website, written reports, session recordings, meditations, videos, teachings, course materials, graphics, service descriptions, and other original content belong to Return to Wisdom or their respective rights holders.
Purchases provide a limited, personal, noncommercial right to access or use the material.
Content may not be copied, republished, resold, distributed, uploaded publicly, presented as another person’s work, or used to train an artificial-intelligence system without prior written permission.
You may print your personalized written report for your own personal use.
CLIENT CONDUCT
Clients and participants must communicate respectfully and may not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or invade the privacy of Jenn, another Return to Wisdom woman, another client, or any participant.
Return to Wisdom may decline, end, or restrict service when conduct becomes abusive, unsafe, fraudulent, sexually inappropriate, threatening, or intentionally disruptive.
Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the circumstances and the work already performed.
TECHNOLOGY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website and services may rely on Wix, payment processors, Zoom, email providers, internet connections, recording platforms, and other third-party systems.
Return to Wisdom is not responsible for outages, delays, data loss, platform changes, or failures outside its reasonable control. When practical, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide an alternative.
TESTIMONIALS AND CLIENT MATERIAL
Testimonials, reviews, photographs, recordings, or identifiable client stories will not be used publicly by Return to Wisdom without permission.
Permission may be withdrawn for future use, but withdrawal may not affect material already lawfully published or distributed before the request was received.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Return to Wisdom and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the website, services, interpretations, decisions made by a client, third-party platforms, or an inability to access a service.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the website or services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized sharing of private materials, or submission of information you did not have permission to provide.
CHANGES TO SERVICES OR TERMS
Return to Wisdom may update services, prices, availability, policies, or these Terms when business practices, technology, or legal requirements change.
Changes become effective when posted. Terms applying to a completed purchase will not be materially changed retroactively unless required by law or agreed to by the purchaser.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before beginning formal legal action, both parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the concern directly.
SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
